A Day Trip to Bath

day trip to bath

On 6th January (Hayley’s birthday), we drove for 3 hours from Hertfordshire to took a day trip to Bath. Prior to travelling, 3 hours in the car without any breaks would’ve sounded like a nightmare. However, after sitting on packed, sweaty buses for hours, bladder about to burst from all the water you have to drink so you don’t pass out from dehydration, 3 hours in the car while singing along to the radio was a breeze.

We chose Bath as it’s a city that’s a pleasure to bimble around, without the need to spend much money. Cheap & cheerful.  The Georgian architecture is stunning & you’ll leave wondering why you haven’t sold your life saving on a home on the ‘Royal Crescent’.
